LABORATORY – QUALITY CONTROL

With the newly expanded laboratory and its upgrade equipment, our QC staffs ensure the quality of the SeaMaster shrimps that is exported to our customers. Daily, the samples are taken randomly from different parts of the processing line and tested by the method equivalent to that used by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). All the records and data are then kept in our computerized system for easy reference. In addition to these in-house testing, we occasionally subject our shrimps to external testing by renowned laboratories for backup testing. freshness and high quality

Our QC staffs work with the factory guards to guarantee compliance to, and the implementation of the HACCP plan to prevent contamination from the initial stage. Our plant follows the HACCP plan and has maintained our green ticket, as well as being accredited for EC exports by the EEC Approval Number.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Our company recognizes the increasing necessity and the importance of R & D from the manufacturing level. We update ourselves with the latest industry news and conduct experiments through the advice of our food science specialist in the United States who serves as a consultant to our company’s R & D team. In addition to this, we focus on our efforts in conducting experiments and based on these findings, we constantly strive for improvements. We are confident that our efforts will help us attain the most efficient processing methods for every SeaMaster products that can be offered at reasonable prices to our valued customers.

QUALITY EXPORT

Upon the request of our customers, we conduct SGS survey for every export to ensure the quality of our products that are exported worldwide.

SeaMaster’s shrimps are accredited for export by the USFDA (green ticket holder) under the strict implementation of HACCP regulation. We also hold EEC approval number and our SeaMaster brand is registered in the United States as well as in Hong Kong and in Indonesia.With nearly 20 years of experience in the seafood industry, our brand name is recognized for quality and consistency. back to top
